Characteristic
Electric resistance welded steel pipe (electric resistance welded pipes) form unique mechanical properties in the weld area through high-frequency welding technology. Welding is carried out after the pipe body is formed, effectively controlling misalignment, seam opening, and pipe diameter. The weld area undergoes special heat treatment, such as air cooling and water cooling after heating to 927 ℃, to eliminate stress and refine the structure, improving the mechanical properties of the welding heat affected zone. This treatment achieves a perfect combination between the weld area and the base metal.
