Pre Galvanized Round Steel Pipe Making Process
The main steps of the production process for pre galvanized round steel pipes consist of the following steps:
Step 1 is to uncoil the galvanized coil, and place the qualified galvanized steel coil on the uncoiler for unfolding.
Step 2 is to cut and weld the edges of the steel coil. After cutting the edges of the steel coil, weld the cut edges to another steel coil.
Step 3 is to straighten the steel strip using a straightening machine.
Step 4 is to feed the roll cold formed strip steel into the forming unit for roll cold forming at room temperature, gradually forming the strip steel into a circular barrel shape.
Step 5 high-frequency welding aligns the welding head with the straight weld seam of the tubular object, uses skin effect and proximity effect to perform high-frequency resistance welding, and removes excess welding bars.
Step 6, customize the cutting of the pipe after removing the welding reinforcement.
Step 7, measure the outer diameter, wall thickness, length, and straightness of the pre galvanized round pipe after cutting, and take samples for other tests such as roundness, straightness, chemical composition, flattening test, etc.
