Overview of square steel pipes with right angles
The R angle of a right angle square tube is different from a regular circular arc square tube. A right angle square tube is a type of right angle square tube with an R angle not greater than one time the wall thickness. Right angle square tube: When the wall thickness is not greater than 3mm, the R angle is not greater than 1mm; When the wall thickness is 3-8mm, the R angle should not exceed 2mm; When the wall thickness is above 8mm, R is not greater than 3mm as a sharp corner square tube. 2、 The research and development purpose of square steel pipes with right angles
In real industrial production and life, mechanical guide rails, agricultural machinery skeletons, square pipes for steel and wood furniture, and square pipes for curtain wall construction require high-precision square pipes due to the need for tolerance fit. Among these customers, the flatness of square pipes is the most important aspect. At present, the production of Yuantai Derun right angle square pipes mainly adopts cold drawing and continuous bending of steel plates, and the flatness of ordinary finished steel pipes cannot meet the needs of customers.
3、 Forming Technology of Right Angle Square Tube
Yuantai Derun Steel Pipe Manufacturing Group adopts progressive roll extrusion square technology to process and manufacture right angle square pipes, improving the machining accuracy of work rolls and continuously adjusting the assembly spacing of roll systems, thereby accurately controlling the plane size of finished right angle steel pipes.
1. The square tube is processed and manufactured using progressive roll extrusion technology, and the plane rebound of square tubes of different materials and specifications is collected for variance analysis and experimental design, and the plane rebound curve of square tubes is drawn. (Note: ① Welded right angle square pipes can be made of hot-rolled strip steel, which can be formed by cold bending, or round pipes can be formed into square pipes and then heat treated; ② Seamless right angle square pipes can be made of hot-rolled seamless pipes, which can be directly formed by hot rolling or formed by cold bending.)
2. Based on the theory and practice of roll flattening, design and manufacture rolls with different final rolling convexity required to meet the strength requirements of different materials for production.
3. Strictly control the machining accuracy of the work roll and improve the flatness control accuracy of the finished square tube.
4. By continuously adjusting the assembly spacing of the roller system, it ensures the parallelism of the product relative to the two planes.
